Thinner and Shearer Than Expected
The canvas was thin. Light shows through it, and the piece is not as thick as it appears. Appeared flimsy.

PLASTIC CANVAS!
Because of the lower quality “canvas”, this is completely see-thru on my wall. You can see the wood frame behind it. Since plastic stretches, the “canvas” is rippling on the edges of the frame. The depth of the frame is just over 1/4”, too. The seller’s photo is deceiving, since it appears much thicker. Nowhere does the seller list the thickness of the frame. Nor do they list what type of “canvas” they are using. Even with the tacky quality, I am keeping it. My husband’s family is from Crete, and he was delighted when he saw it.
