Works perfectly! I have a knee injury and couldn't do any yoga or stretched that required me to be on all fours. This lets me do those with much more comfort.

I'm just getting back into Yoga. I'm having knee issues and this knee pad works great! It's the perfect thickness and is very comfortable on my knees. This material is on the softer side and gives great padding on the knees. I tried other knee pads where the knee pad was thicker and firmer and it did not feel comfortable on my knees. Highly recommend this product!

I have used this mat for 50 straight days of yoga (strictly for my knees) and it is holding up very well. It lays flat, doesn't slip on my yoga mat, and is an excellent amount of cushion under my knees. I am able to do all my yoga poses with confidence.

I use this mat at home for stretching. It's the right amount of thickness. I didn't want a thin mat. This one is perfect! Also, I didn't want to spend a large amt on a mat. I was happy with this price and quality. The company is attentive, which I really appreciated. I followed the directions for mat care. Be sure to do this. This mat is perfect for my needs. Highly recommend.

If you're doing an intense exercise and start to have sweaty hands, the grip on this mat is poor and becomes slippery. I was disappointed and would expect more value for this price.
