As Described and Excellent Quality
In purchase this for an odd reason. I wanted a wool liner for a foot warmer I had bought, however, this was so nice that I couldn’t bring myself to use it for that. I do fool around with felting, and it was just such a nice canvas for that, that I am finding another solution for the foot warmer. It is nicely made—even felting and appears to be nicely “square” meaning it isn’t an odd shape or off kilter, so if you wanted to do a very large piece, this would work nicely in terms of giving you a very large area of workable space with even edges.I’ve been extremely happy with products from this manufacturer, and feel they are worth the price. This was no exception.

Embroidery/Quilting
I used it for an enbtoidery/quilted block. It worked great and I can't wait to make more blocks and into a table runner. Not all of the blocks will have the flower and the one that is done is not trimmed.

Soft wool!
I love that I can get some Marino wool without having to pay a ton for it. This is the softest wool and will work perfectly for my project

Great backing
This worked really well as a backing for felted projects. It’s a bit thin, so you may need two layers.

Super soft
To be honest, I haven’t yet figured out what to do with this, but several possibilities come to mind. Shrinking it in hot water and then making something out of it, using it as insulation in some winter apparel or dying it and then using it in an art project. I’m glad I got it, it’s very soft and has a lovely feel.
