Delicious recipes that can change your life
I am so excited to have any other book and more recipes from Stephanie Weaver. I don’t have migraines and don’t particularly like cooking but I do know that healthy eating is one of the best gifts I can give myself. Her books provide very helpful info on how to improve your health through food in addition to hundreds of easy and delicious recipes.

Something for Everyone
I love how the recipes are easy to follow. Even more than that is that both my husband, who is vegan, and I--am gluten-free--can enjoy a quite a number of the dishes together. The desserts are mouthwatering and guilt-free. As someone who refuses to sacrifice deliciousness for healthy, I totally recommend!

Delicious recipes!
I had the privilege of photographing this cookbook. Because of that, I made many of these recipes. My family, friends and I really loved the dishes. Stephanie is super creative and talented, creating wonderful meals that are full of flavor and very satisfying. As I also suffer from migraines, I learned a lot about what foods trigger me. I highly recommend this cookbook.

Easy, tasty, and SOOOOOO much relief
I am finding this cookbook to be so concise, easy and fun to use. The way she handles substitutions, suggestions, and different options for different diets--well, it's <chef's kiss>. I've got the ebook, which is GREAT for being able to navigate between suggested techniques and suggested combinations of foods that go well together. After so much scrolling through online recipes that all seem to be set up like "Blueberry Bread...but first, 1200 words on the last time I picked blueberries..." It's a relief as a cook to just get to the darn recipe and make it! But when I need a positive thought on resilience, or want to investigate more about ingredients and nutrition, that's in there, too. It's just so well-organized.So far I am loving the snacks section and the sides, and I need to go make Herbed Olive Oil Crackers immediately because WHO KNEW you could make actual crackers in your home kitchen and also not get a headache. Win!
