Fun, but not as sturdy as others
I had a lot of fun with this helicopter. 2-rotor 3 channel, 4 channels, and quadcopters all fly different, and for my taste, this was the most fun and it's great for doing big banking turns. I found it a little more challenging than the Syma 800g 4 channel, but easier than the Hubsan x4, which would be the best price-comparable options at the moment. (I have not tried the Syma X1 yet, which would be another.)HOWEVER, while the overall quality is actually pretty good, but the rotor assembly is a bit fragile, plus it's heavier than the Hubsan for sure, and the I believe the Syma as well, so if you crash at all (and you'll probably crash a lot with any heli at first), the other two will last longer.Still, for the price, it's worth it if you want to try something a little different. Just get some practice in with something a little more durable first and don't expect it to last forever. I'd recommend the Syma 800g and Hubsan X4 before the YD718 here, but the FD718 is a lot of a fun while it lasts.

Great flier, not for beginners
I love the responsiveness of this little heli ... however I probably should have chosen something else to learn on. this was my first heli micro and i loved the controller and the way it flew ... But after I crashed it a couple (well actually several) times it wouldn't fly at all ... It would come up about six to twelve inches then violently crash to either the left or right ... Me being the inquisitive person that I am ... started taking it apart ... I noticed that the posts that were on the head knuckle that keep the blades centered , were not there ... I have been all over the internet and even to the ATTOP website and cannot find parts for it anywhere ... I managed to rebuild the head knuckle with some local hardware store stuff and it still flies great .... but I would not recommend this heli for someone who has never flown rc helis ... because u dont wanna break it unless u wanna spend alot of time with a magnifying glass building parts for it ... I would still buy another one because as long as u don't crash alot its alot of fun.... especially for the price ... Thanx Summoned1

Awesome looking, tough for a beginner
Definitely not for a beginner, but not all that difficult to learn with a little bit of practice. I would say this is probably not suited for anyone under the age of 12, unless they've flown helicopters before. It is made of a hard foam and extremely durable. For the price, it's worth the buy.

No Stars for this heli-Five Stars for Amazon!
I received the Avatar Style Scorpion 4CH RC Combat Helicopter in a timely manner with Amazon Prime shipping. I took it out of the box and saw it was Styrofoam, I didn't like that but if it flew so be it. I charged it up and it wouldn't turn on. I got a hold of Amazon Returns, they shipped it back for free and I received a full refund and it all took 4 days, From the ordering to the refund. You can't get any better than that. Then I ordered the Syma S800G 4 Channel Remote Control Helicopter with Bonus Parts - Black & White and am very satisfied with this one.

USB Charger burned up
I bought this as a gift for my nephew for Christmas. As soon as we took it out of the box and starting charging it we smelled burnt plastic. When we realized it was the charger for the helicopter we couldn't believe it. Thank goodness we were home and didn't leave it charging. I had wanted to just get a new charger, but the company did not give me that option so I had to return it. Pretty disappointing for my nephew.

Okay Product
This helicopter is a little mote difficult to fly than most of this type but not that hard to adjust and learn. It is pretty cool looking and not bad at all.

Not Bad, Dies Quick
Difficult to learn how to fly, but not impossible. The battery dies quick... so be ready for that. I would have gone with a different helicopter, but nonetheless it wasn't a bad buy.

I can't like it because I never received it.
I ordered two of this style helicopter, one was shipped to the wrong address, the other, a tiny one, does not work. After charging nothing works. The return address is in china so I'm relatively certain it would cost more to return it than to just keep it and remember to tell everyone I know who NOT to buy from. I can't really rate something I never received but I can rate the dealer. Not good..........
