Not really the products fault, I just don't like ear buds in my ear. After saying that they actually work better than any hearing aids that I have previously owned. The volume can be turned up really high, which I like.

One star off from my previous review. It began lost connection after the first few days. The blue tooth control was not as easy as it seemed. I finally have to return and look for other one.

OK for watching TV by yourself or talking with one person. You can't have the TV on and talk to even one other person in the room. Hearing in a room of people or restaurant is impossible.

The media could not be loaded.  I was needing a new set of hearing aids and I found these Bluetooth Hearing aids to be a step up from what I am use to. It has lots of updated technology I like involving a Bluetooth to my phone to answer calls if needed and even has a reconnection technology to my phone anytime I have them powered on. It also has different modes and 16 channels for a quiet or loud environment that helps filter out background noise when there is a lot going on around me and I can also adjust volume. I can charge it for a couple of hours and use it more than 6 to 7 hours before I have to charge it again. It fits comfortably in my ear and doesn't fall out. I am glad I purchased them and believe the quality and durability of them will make them last a long time.

Everything is excellent except the sound for listening music

The sound quality is good, it is hard to get them set right and then they won't stay, they don't fit well, much movement at all and they are falling out.

All of the ear pieces were way too big for my ears.I think it would work good if they included smaller pieces.I returned
