What are the main benefits of the Forcella over the Imola, and is it worth the additional $100?

The difference is the fc-30 wheels on the Forcella, from the fc-20 wheels on the imola. Which are supposed to be slightly better, more aero. But honestly I don’t think there’s really too much of difference there. And the Forcella has a carbon fiber fork and the Emola has an aluminum. The man difference of this is the bike will weigh slightly less and absorb more of the riding roughness for you. I would say just go with the emola and save yourself $100. The Difference between the bikes is nothing major and you probably won’t notice the difference at all.

could i put like 35c tires on this bike?

No, that model has a max recommended tire width of 28c. If you are looking for a wider tire option, check out the Tommaso Sterrata, which is the gravel version of the Forcella.

I am 5ft8in. should i go with s or m ?

Small. Barefoot I'm 5'-6"My wingspan is 58" and the bike fits great. If you like to be a bit oversized on the bike then go with an xs.The small is 53cm.
