Great bowl, very light and large enough for kneading dough. It is also easy to clean.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I chose this bowl after making a mathematical error, thus ordering a MUCH larger one. The large one is a fun family thing and we kept it. However, for the actual baking projects, this bowl is much closer to what I need. It has been working well. For the price, I think it is heavy enough. I don't want to lift anything heavier! It is replacing some ancient plastic mixing bowls as we all become more cautious about those little bits of plastic. I use it at least once a month for a large batch of sourdough bread. I haven't working on it with the mixer yet.

I searched for a large stainless steel bowl on Amazon. Finally, I found my bowl. I purchased the Ybmhome Deep Stainless Steel Mixing 20 quart bowl. This bowl is everything I hoped for. It is high quality stainless steel bowl. It is not too heavy. It fits nicely in the cupboard with my other bowls. The 20 quart bowl is perfect for mixing large quantities. It allows bread to rise with plenty of room. I am very happy with this purchase.

It’s a good size bowl or If you are just mixing dried ingredients like various dried tea leaves, or herbs and such this bowl will be okay. That is the best I can say for the 1 star rating. This bowl is VERY thin stainless steel. If you are holding this bowl in your arms next to your body trying to mix some thick stiff batter, yeast bread, or other types of food, this bowl will bend and warp. The bottom of the bowl gives with just the press of your hand. I’m returning it.

I am purging my house of plastic, so my daughter had me get this huge, but welcome multi-purposed bowl. It is great for cleaning and prepping very large quantities of vegetables, washing crystal goblets, mixing and rising a huge batch of bread dough, or allowing you to mix a triple batch of almost anything. Just know that this is a BIG bowl to store. However, if you are making an enormous amount of salad when entertaining a big crowd, you'll be glad you have it, even if you have to keep it in the garage between uses (it will defy attempts to be placed in most kitchen cabinets). It will likely not fit in most dish washers, but I wash mine by hand then put it in a boiling temperature oven if I need it sterile for use.

Beautiful and sturdy.

I love this bowl, it's huge and fits all the ingredients perfectly. The only issue is it does get scratched up a bit when mixing with a metal spoon.

I was concerned that it might get damaged in the mail, but even though the box was in bad shape the bowl was just in perfect condition.

Great size, great price and is easy to clean. Love it
