These locks work very smoothly. The measurements were just as in the post.I installed them the same day I got them. A day later it began to rain and it's been raining just about every day for about two weeks. The locks are working perfectly after being soaked all these days, no rust no corrosion. I'll be buying them again.

It’s light enough and durable enough to get the job done.Not heavy duty but that’s not what’s needed Anyways.It parts were easy to figure out n for someone who always gets help with fixing anything, I was able to fix this one. So 10 over 10.You would not need any extra tools

It’s a low quality cam lock. Not on the same level as a compex or national, but it’s cheap and does the job with the ability to have multiple keyed alike locks. It’s not a high security means of locking something.Tightening down hard on the tailpiece did not break it, and I was able to properly install on some wood frame showcase cabinets.

Fits in the original hole just like a glove.No adjustments needed, just put it in the hole, attach the bar with the included screw and you’re good to go. Easy Peasy !

We needed to replace locks all around my camper due to losing the keys . These were perfect for what we needed came quickly and was a perfect fit easy to install. Would definitely buy again

I have ordered a few of these, some from this vendor and some from 2 other vendors on Amazon.EVERY SINGLE ONE HAS THE SAME KEY ! ! !Doesn’t matter who you get them from on Amazon, if the lock set looks like this onefftttt- it’s going to have the same key.Maybe if you only need one it’s ok, but if you’re buying them for a group of mailboxes at one building you are screwed. And really, even if you only need one, do you really want your mailbox lock to use a key that MANY other people have??? Anyone with $6 can buy a “master” key that will work on most all mail box locks purchased from Amazon.

Great replacement locks for a multitude of uses. Seems pretty solid and works really well. All the keys are the same, which is helpful if you want spares or to use one key for multiple locks. Very happy with this purchase.
