Bitufix is an average-quality product.
Bitufix is an average-quality product. It melts easily in sunlight or hot weather, so it seems suitable only for underground use. Even after drying for several days, it washes off quickly when exposed to water and doesn’t last long—usually wearing away after just five rounds of rain. It’s unclear how it’s marketed as a waterproof coating when it fails to withstand even a few rainfalls. Maybe good for a few days of waterproofing

Poor quality product
It is supposed to be providing protection from water but doesn't. It rained at my place around 22 hrs after application. Everything washed off so I can for sure say it's useless and ineffective. Since it didn't work it doesn't provide any value for money.
