Hestan Provisions – 14.5" Classic Clad Roaster with Stainless Steel Rack

FINALLY. The perfect roasting pan. I wanted one that worked well, was made of good material that wasn't going to flake or scratch off, easy to clean and easy to use. This. Is. It. Slightly expensive but compared to some of the pans out there, this was the best value for the performance and qualities I wanted. I could not find a better pan. Even the super expensive ones did not have the qualities this pan has.If you are looking for a roasting pan that you will use for life and probably pass down in your family, this one is it.I also liked the size. Easy fit in the oven but also large enough it held/cooked a 20 lb ham. I have also used it for an 8 lb turkey and it was perfect.The only thing that might be a turn off for people is that it is very high quality material and solid. So it is on the hefty side. Luckily for us, this is not an issue.LOVE LOVE LOVE this pan.

I'm really glad I purchased this pan despite other less expensive options. I'd been limping along with a light roasting pan and an ill-fitting rack for years. Every Thanksgiving, I wondered if this would be the year the turkey fell on the floor. No more! This pan is a versatile size, large enough for a turkey or a large group meal like baked ziti or lasagne. It's also well made with sturdy handles that lift from the top of the pan---so you don't burn your hands on the side of the oven. The best part is the tight fitting rack; I don't worry about lifting the roast out of the oven. I also like the fact that it doesn't have non-stick coating that will peel off .

The media could not be loaded. Extremely nice. Induction stove compatibility is a must for gravy; this works well for that (or boiling water). See video.The rack is also extremely nice, as it is sturdy without cross bracing, making it easy to clean. After roasting a large prime rib roast, both the rack and the pan were easy to clean. Teflon-like, without the chemical problems. Handles on both the roaster and rack are perfect.

Beautiful, well-made piece of cookware. It’s certainly big enough for holiday roasting. I’m super excited for Thanksgiving in the fall. I love Hestan products. They are exceptional for roasting and baking. They are quality and cook evenly. Well worth the price!

I really love this new roaster! My husband and I cooked our first (12 lbs) turkey in it. The bird fit just right and cooked perfectly. The wider rack grills make cleaning a lot easier and the shape and size of it allows the warm oven air to easily get underneath the turkey. The stainless steel material is nice and thick. The bottom of the pan has an aluminum core, completely encased in stainless steel, allowing for more even cooking. I was also interest in this roaster because it does not have any non-stick toxic chemicals on it.

Well made and durable. Rack wires are spaced a little to far apart.That's the reason for 4 stars.Worked well on the stop top to make a sauce from the drippings.

update: I seared a 7 pound pork loin in this pan on the stove top today. I cut it in half crossways. It turned out really nice.I heated the pan up like a regular stainless steel skillet and then added some olive oil.I put a paper towel on the pieces right before putting them in the pan. They were about room temperature.They seared very well. I then put the whole thing in the oven at 350 degrees for and hour and 15 minutes.Most all the fat side rendered off. I was sure about cooking in it without using the rack, but it turned out great! Lots of fun. Great pan.I have used this for roasting chicken a couple of times. It cleaned up mostly with dish soap, warm water and a silicone turner. Very easy.I did use a little Bar Keepers friend for pots and pans. It cleans up gorgeous. The first thing that I was drawn to when I opened the box was the rack. It is truly magnificent and easy to clean off.Very happy.

It's a wonderful steamer overall. It fits my two-quart nanobond saucier perfectly. It's sturdy, well-built, and aesthetically pleasing. It also cleans easily in the dishwasher, making it a truly great product.
