Perfect for my dogs’ food
Great little freezer. Needed something to fit both my dog’s frozen food in because it was taking up a ton of room in my standard freezer. It is smaller than I thought because the motor takes up half of the lower shelf. Still, fits everything (around 40 Ollie dog food containers) works great, quiet, no issues at all.

Worst Product Ever
Arrived 2 days early! Amazon said Saturday, UPS said Thursday and it arrived Thursday!. Un boxed and set up 2:30pmCDT. Worked great. left home about noon Friday, returned about 2:00pm. Opened the door to get some ice cream out and no cold air escaped. Compressor pulling full power heat rolling out in back and NOT COOLING inside. TOTAL PIECE OF CRAP. LET it cool off completely and tried again...Compressor gets hot but no cooling. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!! t-stat was set on middle setting. ambient room temp 72deg F AMAZING!! less than 24hrs to fail completely

Excellent freezer
I bought this to house lobster tails for a thanksgiving dish. It did well! The cavity is small, so don’t expect to get a large amount of food in it, but it freezes perfectly and will hold what it’s designed to house. It is lightweight and fits on any level surface. A win win! It’s quiet and worth the money I paid for it.

Non existent customer service and sub par products. Correction: see P.S.
This mini fridge stopped working in less that 6 months. I emailed the company and no response. Called customer service and the line just hung up after about a 2 minute hold. Tried the "live chat" but no response, a note saying they would get back to me. Still haven't heard. I will never buy anything from this company again as the unit was shoddy and there is absolutely no customer service. I gave them ample opportunity to respond.P.S. The company did finally respond, Perhaps a miscommunication. They offered a full replacement or refund.

Great Freezer!!
This freezer was packed surprisingly well in styrofoam which was bolstered by wood sheets. It arrived a day early and was at below freezing within 2 hours. Although I have only had it two days, it is working as it should, is attractive, and I am very pleased with the quality and the price. If that changes I will update my review, but right now I give this item FIVE STARS!
