This little machine has changed my life. I am a coffee snob and I really only like espresso, lattes, cappuccinos. When my espresso machine broke I did not want to get another one bc they are time consuming and a hassle. But I was really missing my homemade lattes. I decided to try this frother and make my coffee in a French press. I buy a good quality coffee bean and grind them every 2-3 days and I’m enjoying lattes again. They taste just as good as any latte I’ve ever had at home or elsewhere. All without an espresso machine! And all because of this little frother. It is super easy and fast. It does a great job of frothing oat milk. I have not tried any other milks yet. I’m imagining almond milk would not froth well because it’s pretty much zero fat and you need fat to froth. I’m sure it would froth whole milk and coconut milk really well. This frother is very easy to clean. The little spring pops in and out for cleaning very easily. I’m so happy that I found a way to make my lattes without the hassle of a espresso machine!

We purchased our frother in December, 2022 and were extremely satisfied with the appearance and ease of use.Unfortunately, in June 2023 we noticed the frother was no longer producing a "firm" foam. As the unit was past the "return date", I contacted Paris Rhone directly to determine what warranty coverage might be available.Paris Phone responded promptly and requested we perform some diagnostic tasks. After performing the requested tasks, Paris Phone agreed to provide a replacement unit, which they are not obligated to do.Paris Rhone is to be commended for their exemplary customer service.

I was excited to try this frother. The first time it worked great with thick foam. Then the next few times it was just kindly bubbly and not so much frothy...I hadnt used it for a few weeks and decided I would for my coffee before work, to find out the motor broke that creates the center piece to spin..I am always careful with cleaning. It has never had the bottom area wet and the fact its only been used a max of 4 times....was a waste of money.

Update: after about 6 uses, it stopped working. So that was a bummer.This milk frother works very well. It turns plant milks into a thick cream. Except for oat milk. With oat milk, it is more of a foam than cream. Otherwise it works well with all other plant milks and plant creamers.

I actually bought this product about 9 months ago. It worked great and I was really happy with the purchase. But then the unit failed to froth the milk recently. It would heat, but the frother was failing to spin. I was unsure what to do so I contacted the company. They communicate through email which is super easy. And they contacted me back about a day after I contacted them. So fast! After I did the troubleshooting that they asked, they sent me a brand new free unit. And I received it very fast. They communicated constantly so I always knew what was going on. In this day and age good customer service seems like a rare find. And I would say that this company had great customer service which is even more rare indeed. They stand behind their product so I am happy that happened to buy their frother vs. a different one.

I've had this for about 6 weeks now and we've used it 25-30 times. It's easy to use, seems well made and is simple to clean.It has a few settings, each providing more foam than the last (setting 1 is little foam, 2 is more, 3 is more than 2, etc.)Just be careful not to overfill it. I did that the first couple of times and it drips everywhere.The only issue I had is that the markings for the milk levels are very hard to read. I often make 2 cups one right after the other so I don't rinse it out between them. When there is still foam in it, it's almost impossible to see the markings.

This item is good to be used and we enjoyed it almost every day for about 3 months. Last week though it failed on us, never to work again. Not sure if we got a defective item or their life span is short, but it does it's 4 functions quite well while it works. Get one at your own risk.

I purchased this back in October of 2022 and loved it. I use it almost everyday. July/August of 2023 it stopped working. I contacted the sell and with no questions asked they sent me a new frother. Again it has stopped work but now there’s no way I can reach out to the seller. I’m hoping this will gain their attention and will reach out to me.

I purchased the Milk Frother in Summer 2022 and unfortunately the wheel that turns the whisking tool became stuck last week (Jan 2023).I contacted Amazon by phone ring back, who put me up in touch with the manufacturer’s Customer Service team. After emailing them with the problem Ann, from Customer Services contacted me and immediately arranged for a replacement item to be sent. It was delivered the next day.Wonderful service by Ann and the team she represents. I am now happily getting my daily cappuccino style morning coffee again!The Amazon guy who first handled my query by phone promised to ring me back after 48 hours which he did and was delighted it had all been satisfactorily resolved. Well done everyone! 10/10 .

We have a Nespresso machine, and by far the best part of making a drink is getting to froth the milk up with this. Study, quick and easy to clean unlike many similar products, it’s also pretty good value.

Really easy to use and clean. Use milk the moment it indicates its done as then you pour froth rather than milk. Would have given 5 stars but for lid with silly spikes for alternative attachment. One of those spikes broke off almost immediately so attachment is in drawer. Probably better like that.

When the product arrived it worked well. Very easy to use and clean. However the middle spinner which holds the frothed has stopped spinning and no longer works. I haven’t used it that often so it’s a bit disappointing. I’ll probably look to use the hand held frother or something similar in future.
