I was hesitant to purchase it at first due to the reviews; however, it was challenging to find a knee brace of this quality and at this price point. The knee brace that I got from my orthopedic did not immobilize my knee, and I felt the pressure build on my knees, so I purchased this knee brace. The first time around, I wore the knee brace with the pads simultaneously, and it would slide. After watching the how-to wear video on the listing, I realized that first, I had to wear the four individual pads and then wrap the knee brace. This helped get a snug fit and prevent the brace from sliding down. The pull pins on the top and bottom of the brace also helped to customize the fit to my leg. Overall, the brace is very high quality, and it does a great job at limiting my range of motion and unloading the pressure off my torn ACL. I would recommend this product as it has been helping me to heal and makes daily activities less painful.

I gave this a 2 month trial. It is difficult to fit; one size fits all does not take into consideration that some people have dense leg muscle, so the straps are too short. The quick lock snaps are NOT quick, are frustrating and work horribly. You'll never be able to jog in this brace. Walking is possible, but the brace is cumbersome and uncomfortable. I'm sorry that I wasted my money.

I want even able to get this thing on properly. I got the impression it was designed by someone who had never had to wear one.

Take your time putting this on initially and you won’t regret it. I researched so many of these due to a surgery I had. It does move down a bit but nothing bad. The mechanism on the sides are easy to use.
