Fill "Em Up!!!
Why did you pick this product vs others?:Like the quantity offered and the quality of the product. For whatever reason I find I just can't wrap the puff pastry directly around the "tubes" - I need to wrap the tubes in parchment paper first and then wrap the pastry so the baked "tubes" can easily be removed (probably user error!). Love the shape and it can easily be filled with whatever "cream" I want to use (vanilla custard, chocolate custard; lemon curd custard might be too tart). Great buy - thank you!

These hold up very well. Essential to oil outside of tubes prior to covering with dough. And to avoid dough from disconnecting from tubes in deep fryer, use a bit of water to connect the edges of dough. These make impressive cones to fill with marscapone or Ricotta and top with whipped cream and a piece of fruitWell worth the price.
