Description
Used for: Coughs, bronchitis, flu, shortness of breath, whopping cough, stomach and bowel disorders, chronic gastritis, stomach ulcer, colic, flatulence; insomnia, headache, parasitic infestations and diseases. It has painkilling, sedating and antiseptic properties. External use - in baths, for nervous system disorders and rheumatism. Also used as a gargle or mouth rinse, and for skin inflammations such as boils.
How to take: 1 cup of tea, 3 times, daily, before meals. The product should be prepared by pouring 500ml of boiling water over 2 tablespoons of thyme, allowing to infuse for 2 hours. The infusion is consumed when cooled down.
Tinctures, gargle, mouth rinse - pour 1liter boiling water over 50g of thyme and boil for 10 minutes.
Warning: Store in a dry place at room temperature.
