Greater Goods Core Balance Disc - Wobble Cushion for Balance, Exercise, Rehab, and Active Sitting, Deep Sky Blue

I found out my entire spine is out of alignment (after my neck completely gave out on me and I could hardly move), and one of the "must-haves" my chiropractor told me to get was a balance disc. As soon as I was able to use a computer again, I found this one and ordered it right away. All I can say is: WHERE HAS THIS BEEN ALL MY LIFE? Seriously, my entire spine is out of alignment (I even have a reverse curve starting at the base of my neck), and it was from bad posture/slouching my whole life. Now I have to fix my spine, and it's going to take time, but this balance disc has literally saved my life. It makes me sit up properly without even thinking about it. (It makes me engage my core and spinal muscles automatically.) I've had friends try it and every single one has sat up properly without even thinking about what they were doing. They all said it felt great, and now some are buying one of these discs for themselves. (It cushions the fanny quite nicely, too.) You really can't go wrong buying and using it. I literally bring this with me as much as I can (I use it at work and home) because it makes that much of a difference in my posture. It is simply amazing, and I feel every single person should use one of these when they are sitting.

Had a hip replacement in February and have been doing great with PT. I used a similar balance disc at the gym and it was a great help. It's so nice being able to have one at home. Greater Goods always packages their items beautifully and everything arrived in great shape. There are clear instructions but I am a visual learner, so I loved being able to go to their website and actually see someone inflating the balance disk. I'm not a little person and the disc holds my weight easily. All this and I love supporting a company that is making a difference through the charitable causes they champion.

This inflatable was an excellent and versatile part of my ankle and foot rehab. The quality is excellent and it perfectly mimics the expensive equipment used at the therapy centers.

Every year my doctor asks me if I have fallen in the last year as it seems to be more common as people age. Taking extra steps to improve my balance is a good idea, particularly if it helps you from hitting the ground! The Greater Goods balance trainer is small but handy and easy to use. It doesn't take up a lot of space and is super easy to just use it for a few minutes of balance training which also strengthens your core. A fairly low price as well for fitness items.

I ordered one and it had deep divots in the sides unless it was overinflated, so I contacted customer service who told me that wasn't normal and would send me another. Well, same thing with the other one. Do not recommend!

I really like it. I am already using it already at the office. Its great for my core and my knee rehab work. Love it and i like all the materials the company sent in the box, really simple and easy to understand. Great product highly recommended. Thank you!
