Interesting read
Most businesses fail.Over the years my business hasn't failed, but it has had to change and adapt either from client needs or my own desire to do something different...and that has been exhausting. But this book is teaching me that even when things shift, there should not be this constant hustle, thud reoccurring burnout, and I need to stop with this - do it all myself so it is done right - mentality.This isn't a book about hacks. It'd about putting in the work now so that you can constantly focus on what really matters.McDonalds and Disney World are epic companies because they have systems in place. This book talks about creating different systems so that no matter what you are doing, or who is working for you, you are running smoothly.Mostly this book is about building a team and a structure. If you need a personalized approach to understanding how to implement things in your biz, you will have to hire them to coach you, but if you can apply somewhat vague concepts to your own business, this book can help you scale. This book isn't a magic pill - you read it and reach millions- nope. But I have never met a book that can so that. But this book can help get you on your way.

Great explanation of what 7 figures mean
I like how it’s been layout for simple reading and understanding and it has taught something important. I used to see my business in a different way but after reading this book it changed my perspective totally. I would definitely recommend anyone doing business to read it.

I read the original version of this book and was blown away by the process of developing a successful business starting with its owner. This book builds on that by focusing on systems and thought processes surrounding the business. Austin definitely has a lot of experience to share with young and inexperienced business owners. Products and services are only part of a business. You have to have systems to market, develop, and export these goods and services. He helps you see a different side of owning snd running a business that can help you tap into what seems like common sense but simple changes that allows your business to scale.Highly recommend if you are trying to build a business and take it to the next level… whether it’s revenue or freedom driven. It’s all about the process and systems in place. This book lays out a blueprint to incorporating that. This book is a must!

A needed and refreshing change from the usual "guru" narrative
The media could not be loaded. There's a vast amount of information to sort through in the business coaching industry. Separating the true experts who deliver real value from the charlatans only seeking to line their own pockets is tiring.So I was excited for the physical copy of Austin's book to land, as I felt like this could be one of those rare occasions where I get access to information from a true expert. I've followed Austin & 2X for a while now, and they get really impressive results for their clients.And let me tell you... when the book arrived and I sat down to read it, I wasn't disappointed.Unlike most of the "gurus" who seek to tickle your pickle but leave you craving more so you buy from them... Austin gives you everything you could need in this book (and supplementary course) to drive significant growth in your business.The tagline says it's a "playbook", which is a great description. This isn't a one-and-done book that you read once and leave on your shelf to collect dust. It's something I'm going to keep close and refer to regularly.The images, examples, quotes, and bonus resources in the book make the lessons easy to understand, digest, and implement.My one suggestion is that you approach this book with an open mind. It's going to conflict with what a lot of the "gurus" say but it's a needed and refreshing change in the narrative of what REALLY drives sustainable business growth.This book is a game-changer. Surprisingly great content
At first I didn't expect much of it, but read one comment who was similiarly suprised as I am right now: Great, great book!It explains key business concepts in a compelling language for growing to 7-figures. You can just feel the author is well aware of the struggles you experience as a small ("6-figure") business owner.I am not even half through it and already look at my business and future in a very different light! Great book, highly recommended if you are in the hamster wheel of working "in" your business and aren't quite sure how to get out.

Das Buch hat mir Amazon als Empfehlung angeboten. Es ist keines, dass ich gelesen habe, welches "aus meiner Bubble" stammt.Eigentlich kaufe ich selten solche Empfehlungen. Aber hier war bereits der Titel der Claim, nach dem ich aktuell auf der Suche bin. Ich war in Kauflaune, also habe ich mir das gerade mitbestellt.Und, Herrje, bin ich froh, dass ich es bestellt (und auch gelesen) habe.Ist es etwas Neues? Ist es etwas Revolutionäres?Nein! Solche Inhalte werden häufig in einschlägiger Fachliteratur diskutiert. Anleitungen gibt es zur Genüge. Im Grunde steht hier relativ ähnliches drin, wie in "Scale up - Mastering the Rockefeller Habits". Doch es ist auf andere Art geschrieben, anders beschrieben, anders formuliert. Deshalb hat es mich zu 100 % erreicht und genau deshalb ist es für mich so wertvoll.Schon die ersten Seiten funktionieren wie ein Werbetext. Wie funktioniert ein Werbetext? Er macht dir in den ersten Sekunden klar, wo du stehst und wo du nach dem Werbetext (Produktkauf) stehen wirst (gewünschtes Ziel). Dabei geht ein Werbetext direkt auf das Problem ein.Der Autor beschreibt die Situation eines Unternehmers auf sechsstelligem Level wirklich sehr, sehr konkret. Als hätte er mich persönlich angesprochen! Diese Ansprache zieht sich wie ein goldener Faden durch das Buch. Natürlich ist diese Lektüre ein "moderner Werbetext", denn der Autor möchte seine Dienstleistung verkaufen.Und dennoch: Absolut perfekt gelöst. Gute Inhalte, subtiles Anbieten, ohne allzu aggressivem Call to Action, so sollte es in einem Bookalog auch sein.Und ich überlege, diese Firma zu beauftragen.
