I know it says heat protectant but is this also a leave in conditioner?

It is leave in after washing hair and just prior to heat/cool drying. I have actually stopped using conditioner since this is doing the job with no static; YA!

What does this smell like? I’m sensitive to fragrances.

Very light scent. Not sure what I could compare it to.

My hair is short, grey and coarse. Will this help soften the coarse areas?

I have medium length gray hair, unfortunately it only made my hair feel dirty and flat. It may work better on shorter hair
