Beautifully healing
This is a beautiful tool for an anxious mind. I love how it gives me something to hold, slows down my breath and provides something to focus on, both physically and mentally. It’s also a classy piece of jewelry and goes with any outfit. It has the added bonus of being attractively packaged. I’d definitely recommend this for personal use or as a gift.

Mejoramiento de la Frecuencia Cardiaca
Lo uso para calmar mi sensación de ansiedad al incrementarse mi Frecuencia Cardiaca (>120ppm en reposo); logrando después de realizar entre 5-10 veces el procedimiento de Aspirar-Expirar, logrando en muchas ocasiones reducir las pulsaciones a menos de 80ppm. ¡Increíble pero cierto! El expirar a través de este "Popote Metálico" de diseño preciso y calidad excelente, toma 9-11 segundos que es lo que normaliza la F.C. Además, se genera un sonido al expirar con una Frecuencia implícita de 432Hz que es una "Frecuencia de Sanación". Realmente funciona.

Low Quality and Cheap
1 star quality. Very disappointed with the quality of this necklace. Seems like they tried copying and selling a low quality and cheap version of Komuso but it’s not worth it. Necklace broke within a few days.

The chain was slightly shorter than I would like it but it is great for mindful breathing when anxiety hits.

Very helpful and beautiful
I really like this piece for calmness. It even helps my child calm down. I like that it is not too heavy but not too light either. There was a lot of thought into the design of this pendant. Very simple yet really a game changer for this family.

Didn't receive the same necklace as others...
Ordered in black. I looked carefully though the reviews photos from others, and the chain is supposed to be directly through the breathing pendant, not have this bulky bracket hoop. I picked this one specifically because it DIDNT have that part!Oh and also the clasp it broken. Unfortunately slated for return immediately after receiving :(
