i am 6'3 and wear a 36 size pants. would it be best to order an XL?

measure urself with a tape measure or a piece of yarn then measure with a ruler. I bought a small as im 5'6" an they were kinda long, but it also depends on hip measurements, the length from ur hip down to ur foot. that should help u pick a size needed.
