Came Already Assembled - Just had to unfold Handle & Add Oil
What I liked about this Senix 21-inch Gas Push Lawn Mower with 140 cc 4-Cycle Briggs & Stratton Engine is that it came pre-assembled. All I had to do was remove it from the box, unfold the Handle, and add Oil and Gas. You do have to move the pull cord handle up onto the mower handle but this takes about 5 seconds. The Oil comes with the mower and you simply use the entire container because it is sized for the mower. After inspecting blade and adding fluids, I hit the primer 3 times (as instructed) and gave it a pull and the mower started right up. I haven't used it to cut the lawn yet but plan to in a couple days. Once I have had some time mowing, I will probably post an updated review. Note: The pic on the left is the Senix mower and the pic on the right is my old mower which I had for years but is struggling lately.Update on 9/4/2024: I cut my lawn today with the Senix 21-inch Gas Push Lawn Mower and I can say it was a complete joy. I've been cutting Lawns since the age of 8 and I have never pushed a lighter lawn mower that had this much power. My Lawn is ~1/3 Acre and it was able to cut the yard on a single tank of gas; the mower started right up, ran great, and never bogged down. I am so happy with this purchase and hope my future cuts are as enjoyable as this one!

Simple mower, does the job.
This mower uses a Briggs & Stratton engine on a solid steel body. It has simple controls that work and is of sufficient size to do moderate mowing work. Oil is included and the mower started on the first pull. I use this mower to supplement the main mowing I do with my John Deere lawn tractor, working on the steeper sides of culverts and close into shrubs, trees, etc. It is perfect for this work. There are three downsides to this product. 1. The assembly instructions are terrible. In fact they are almost useless. Thankfully I am used to assembling these sort of products so once I looked over the parts I pretty much winged it and put it together fairly quickly. Even with my history of assembling machines I managed to bolt the handles on the wrong sides and had to reboot them. The "instructions" did not explain the sequence, the picture was actually backwards, and the parts themselves are not numbered or labeled right and left. 2. The protective shield that hangs down at the rear of the chassis to prevent debris from being thrown backward is poorly designed and quickly gets chewed up when you pull backward on the mower. Unlike most push mowers the shield does not have a heavier tube that runs along the bottom preventing it from folding under the mower into the blade. I am actually going to attach a piece of old hose to the bottom before it gets completely destroyed. 3. The wheel height cannot be adjusted without unbolting the wheels from the chassis. This is not a problem for me but I can see it being one if this is used as a primary mower. Apart from these 3 things I believe it it still a best buy for the money. Mowers that are better at these three things cost WAY more and often don't have as good basic parts. I consider it a good deal.

Awesome Mower
I bought this mower because the one I had went out and I needed a mower at the end of the season. Just wanted something to get me by until mowing season was over. Turns out, this little dude kicks butt. I used it the remainder of last year and have used it all year so far this season and it does an amazing job. It takes me a little while to get the job done because of the smaller deck, but it cuts well, its lightweight, easy to maneuver and does very well on gas. I am extremely happy with this purchase, especially since it was a last minute need and I was at the mercy of what was available. Thank you Senix!

Light but Beastly
I was ready to return this thing. It was a super inconvenient time to play Dr. Frankenstein and try to rebuild two old mowers that had lasted too long at this point. Money doesn't go as far as it used to and this was literally the cheapest mower I could find. And I got the wrong one (apparently one you can easily adjust the height, and for ten dollars less, you have to disassemble the wheels to adjust each time). When I opened the package, I noticed that the screws and bushings and nuts were scattered all over the box. I couldn't find one of the bushings... until I went to Home Depot and bought a bajillion washers to stack and tried to replicate the missing part. As I was putting in the foam filter, I heard a familiar rattle. The missing part! So I reassembled the wheels, adjusted the height to its highest level and knew that would be its permanent fate (because there's no freaking way I'm taking this apart every time), and started 'er up.It started on the first pull. And continued to as I mowed almost three acres of my rolling hill lawn. I thought I'd be miserable pushing a lawnmower up and down all afternoon, but this thing is as light as a toy! Only it blasts through miserably thick weed forests with EASE. Honestly, I had to keep running inside to tell my wife how pleasantly surprised I am by this mower. If I had a million dollars, I'd buy... *does math* ...3,636 of these.Don't get me wrong, I'm so mad at how expensive this stuff is overall, but this is a very good option and you won't regret buying it. Even if you end up building the handlebars backwards at first because the directions are a little unclear :)ONE YEAR UPDATE: This has honestly been such a great mower. The only thing, and it is a fatal flaw, is that the wheels are bolted to the flimsy frame and not on an axle. We loved the lightweight power this mower provided, but the every-other-weekend mowing wear and tear was too much for the lightweight body, and the wheels started to bend outward until they finally cracked. Thankfully, we insured it with Asurion who replaced it in about five minutes. So we will definitely build an axle setup for the next SENIX as we're still super-fans!
