Este masajeador es una de las mejores compras que he hecho, me ha ayudado mucho a relajarme y descontracturarme especialmente en la zona de cuello y hombros, pero también en toda la espalda. Ahora mi hermana y una amiga van a comprarlo pues se los enseñe y en verdad parece que te están dando un masaje. Lo mejor es que es muy cómodo y lo uso mientras veo la televisión, ademas se apaga automáticamente a los 15 minutos. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

This 3D shiatsu neck and back massager is a disaster. The shiatsu nodes are so stiff that they feel like they’re going to break every time I use it. They don’t knead my muscles—they just press into them hard, which is more painful than relaxing. The heat feature stopped working after a week, and when I opened it up (don’t worry, I unplugged it first), I saw that the heating element was already damaged. The massager is also really uncomfortable to wear; the strap digs into my shoulders, and the nodes press into my spine if I move even slightly. I would not recommend this to anyone.

I ordered it cause it was on sale and it never worked I pulled it out of the box plugged it in and hit the power button all it did was flash a blue and purple light really quickly and now it won’t even do that so I looked it up on what I could possibly be doing wrong double checked if everything was plugged in right let it charge 6 hrs even. Unplugged it held the power button down and then plugged it back in to see if it reset nothing I would not recommend buying this product (update) they sent me a new one that works I didn’t have to send in the old one but Idk what to do with it since it doesn’t work the new one they sent me had some yucky stuff on the straps I had to wipe it down thankfully it came off just some red stuff 🤢 but it does work! Updated just tried to use it and it doesn’t work so I would definitely recommend to never buy anything from this brand if I could give it 0 I would

I regret buying this massager more than anything. The 3D shiatsu nodes are made of cheap plastic that feels rough against my skin, even through a shirt. They don’t target my tense muscles at all; they just move randomly around my back. The heat function is so slow to warm up that I usually give up before it even gets hot. When it does finally warm up, it smells like burning plastic, which is really concerning. The massager also makes a loud grinding noise when it’s on, which is so distracting that I can’t even relax while using it. Do yourself a favor and skip this product.
