Balance exerciser.
I have zero balance. Some of that is due to age. This allows me to work on my balance. For me it's not easy. Comes with different exercises you can do. I only worked on it for a couple 3 or 4 times but got injured (not using this) and I've been sidelined for a couple of weeks. I plan on getting back to it.You must have something to mean on or catch a fall so you don't get hurt by just using it without help. I use it with my walker (that I never use but had it left over from back surgery) and it makes a great brace to practice my balance exercises.

Interesting
This is a pretty interesting/fun strength training options. I must say, I have HORRIBLE balance and so I was a little nervous to use this. It has helped my balance though and it makes working out fun on the days I use it.The app does need some updates but it is still usable. I am used to peloton and their programs so this is what I am comparing the app & training to.My kids say that since I can do this so well now they thing I should try their hover boards, I don’t think I’ll be doing that though.Packaging is great and the price is right. Glad we came about this!

I want toLike this…
Haven’t yet managed to stand on it! Much more difficult than I anticipated. I’m not terribly athletic, but I’m not terribly not, either. Maybe there’s something I’m missing. Will update if I figure it out.

Great interactive balance board, but I have a few complaints
This balance board from Bobo is a great option for an interactive balance board, but it's pretty obvious that the manufacturer was trying to hit a price point. It features all plastic construction with what is basically a bluetooth connected tilt sensor in the center. Bobo has some higher end balance boards, one of which they do target for physical therapy offices, so they seem to have some experience in the field.APPI first tried a balance board during physical therapy, though the one there was just a regular balance board. I'm the type of person that doesn't like exercise, so I didn't think a plain balance board was going to cut it for me. This has a smartphone/tablet connected app that has features like:* Evaluation -- it tests your balance both just standing still and moving* Exercise programs of 3 different lengths* Games -- these range from a car avoiding game where you tilt forward/back on the board to control your speed and left/right to move, to a snow boarding game, to guiding penguins to eat fish.I tested the app on a 10.5 iPad Pro (I don't think you could really use this app on a phone, as the screen is probably too small if you put it on a table or whatever). The graphics look pretty bad, the sound effects are super cheesy, and the physics in the games aren't really that realistic, but the app does run well and the connection with the balance board works well; the sensitivity is pretty good I think. There's enough here, and it's good enough I guess, to get you to use the balance board for a few more minutes than you probably would without all these games. The exercise program is only just OK. I've only done the 6 minute exercise program, and I feel like it needs some work. It strings different exercises together, but the seem kind of random. For example, there's a lot of times that it has you do the exercise on one foot, but then doesn't do it on the other. There's also a pretty long pause between each exercise -- partly because you need time to switch positions, but it makes the 6 minutes of exercise probably more like 3 minutes. It's about 15 seconds of exercise with 15 seconds of transition between exercises. An exercise might be to stand on the board with both feet with your hands behind your head, trying to keep your position (indicated by a white ball) inside the target (indicated by a green circle), which may or may not be moving. Another exercise would be to stand on your left leg, stick your right leg out, and keep your position inside the circle on screen. After each individual exercise you get feedback on how well you did in terms of a grade from 0-100.BUILD/PHYSICAL QUALITYThis is an all-plastic device, with a foam cushion on bottom to help protect your floors. Despite it being plastic, I didn't detect any flexing with my 160 lb self, though I think with a heavier person or if you explicitly tried to make it flex you could. As a balance board, it seems OK -- it seems more forgiving than the one I used in physical therapy, in that I can already mostly balance on it with both feet whereas I couldn't achieve that in therapy. The top of the board is flat, with some pokey plastic bits to provide grip. I use this barefoot so the plastic bits are a bit uncomfortable but not so much that I'm going to put on shoes. The sensor device slots into a covered recess on top of the board; it's powered by a non-chargeable cell battery. Instructions are provided for replacing the battery, though I'm not sure what the life is. It has a light that indicates the pairing/connected status, and a button to turn it on.SUMMARYThis is a good beginner balance board, and the app does help provide some motivation for using the board, despite feeling kind of janky. I never had any connection issues, and it's a good core workout. I wish the exercise programs were logically planned out rather than being randomly put together, and I have some concerns about the durability especially if you're a heavier person, but overall, I think this is useful for somebody that needs a bit of motivation to exercise.

Bumps on the surface make it very uncomfortable wihtou shoes
The idea of this is great but the surface has hard bumps - I assume to provide traction - but they are very uncomfortable, even with thick socks. Users have to put shoes on to use this item. Also, the "tip" when you lose your balance is steep so it feels dangerous, and puts the user at a high risk of falling. The company told me kids as young a 4 could use it, but I wouldn't let a 4-8 year old use it.

Extremely Sturdy Balance Board
To be honest, I was a bit worried at whether it would hold my 185lb frame when I saw that it was a pretty thin plastic top, but the construction of it distributes weight extremely well.It is durable, easy to set up and extremely responsive when connected to the app. I download the Bobo App on my iPhone 12 pro max and connected it to my TV via airplay. The games included are fun enough for balancing. My kids use it a lot more than I do, they love the snowboarding game. Overall, this is actually a pretty fun way to improve balance and train. Highly recommend.

Harder than I expected. Yoga socks are a must for me.
I'm kinda meh about this. Its harder than it looks but I'm underwhelmed by the quality/construction considering the higher price point.
