What happened was that I took my first serving in the morning and in the afternoon I was taking some supplements but since I've got other genius supplements, I didn't read the label and thought I was taking a different supplement.After a few hours, my stomach started rumbling a bit, nothing painful but I was letting out majorly stinky gas but I already had a bowel movement earlier that day.I then realized I took Pro-GT and remembered I had taken it earlier in the day.There was nothing else that could've caused this and I was already "on" pro-gt for at least 2 weeks and I knew it did in fact help me have easy bowel movements.I eventually felt better and the feeling disappeared but it was then I realized how strong probiotics can be!Pros:CheapPowerful, helps with digestionAllows for easy bowel movementsMakes me feel overall "healthier"ConsNone I can think of, other than they don't ship worldwide! One capsule, but I vary when I actually take it. It doesn't keep me away, which is AMAZING. After using these now for almost 3 weeks they are doing very well for me I am trimming up with the help also of eating smart I have severely cut down on my coffee (caffeine intake ) that's coffee machine fresh coffee with the help of this didn't get any caffeine headaches a feel more alert.What I didn't expect was how it positively affected my depression. Since taking these, I feel like I have motivation, energy, and positivity again.
