Q: How much grounds and water are used in this model?

I think it depends on how dark and strong you'd like your coffee. I fill my mesh basket 3/4 of the way full. Hope this helps

Q: I love this product, however, it takes such a long time to fill it with water. Is there a quicker way to make it??

Honestly, I do smaller batches and fill it according to the ratio I like. Two scoops of coffee to one cup of water. Do that slowly to saturated the grinds and make sure your water is actually of level to cover your grounds. No faster option. I will be buying a different cold brew system to replace this one.

Q: Is it dishwasher safe?

I have been hand washing mine. Hot soapy water and a cloth.

Q: I can't seem to get it strong enough. Any tips? I'm using max coffee grounds with espresso ground a bit finer and 24 hrs and still weak.

I know that many people expect to get a good strong brew while putting their fresh ground and water into the fridge to brew. It would take double the time. They aren’t getting the fullest brew from their beans. To get a deep rich brew, make sure to pour water through the grounds slowly as you fill your pot, giving your grounds time to bloom. I stir my grounds mid-fill to make sure all of them are getting soaked. After filling, NEVER BREW IN THE FRIDGE. ALWAYS BE ON THE COUNTERTOP. 12-15 hours. If I walk through the kitchen and really want to take advantage of every bean, I’ll stir the water, I’ll even pour some coffee out into a cup and put it through the filter again. But mostly, I’ll just let it sit and brew and let it be!
