Not as advertised
Image shows a square border to input your info, the sign I got, albeit nice, has an arrow on it. I now have to change the orientation of the sign and the location so it essentially doesn’t point to my neighbors property. Unfortunately, due to the way I’m now forced to display it, it’s visibility will greatly be hampered. Not a happy camper. Will ultimately have to purchase another sign from someone else.

Translucent + double sided = hard to read when sunny
This sign is translucent and has "For Sale By Owner" printed on both sides.So if the sun is shining behind the sign, it's difficult to read the front of the sign, because the print on the back side is visible through the front of the sign.It's a poor design choice.This can be fixed by covering the back side with non-clear tape (ie. gorilla or duct tape).

The stand that comes with the sign not as depicted.
The sign itself looks just like it does here. But the stand I received is the cheap, crappy, silver wire stand and not the sturdy and BLACK stand as depicted in the pic, which would really match nicely with the BLACK and white sign itself. Very disappointed in that.

This is a $2.00 sign at best.
Both front and back are readable. The sign is very flimsy, paper with a plastic overlay.

What good is a bent sign?
And when you want to return it, they want you to print your own label. In this day of barcodes and scanners, we shouldn't have that burden.

Waste of time and Energy to get seller to provide cancellation confirmation credit for improper charge made and not received as stated.

good product, does the job
Good product that shows up well. Would like to see the metal framing a little more solid, which would help plant the sign in firm ground.
