Utilisation dans le four pour cuire une pizza en suivant les conseils de la marque. A la sortie pâte croustillante à souhait. Ca fait vraiment la différence avec une cuisson sans pierre réfractaire. Le seul bémol, c'est le nettoyage, car il faut laver la pierre à l'eau claire sans ajouter de produits. Donc, les taches qu'il peut y avoir lors de la cuisson restent visibles.Très contente de mon achat (pierre réfractaire livrée avec la pelle à pizza)
