Very Happy
I was nervous because there weren't any reviews. It also took them close to the deadline to process my order so I was almost cancelled because I didn't think it would get here on time, but they finally processed it and shipped it overnight to get it here on time. I gave this to my husband for Father's Day. He is a drummer and he loved it. Has a great sound and am very happy!

Beautiful craftsmanship
The drum is beautifully made, and all natural (as near as I can tell) which is important to its feel. The sound is more treble than I anticipated—and that was entirely my own preconceptions—but I’m adjusting to it and experimenting with different ways of striking and holding it.

Sounds like an oatmeal carton
I got another drum , bigger and less money that is much better than this one. It sounds like you’re playing an oatmeal carton. I was going to get two. Glad I didn’t. Maybe someone else would like how it sounds. But to me it’s irritating. And hard to hold. I’m not saying it’s a terrible drum. But I don’t like it. Maybe you would.
