I really liked the way this cleaned, but it stopped charging after only a couple of months which made it unusable. 2/4/18 UPDATE: The company contacted me based on my review and is sending a new unit. It's great to know that some companies still care about customer satisfaction.

I'm very disappointed with this product. At first it worked perfectly fine for 3 months, I wanted to use it for a while before writing the review. After the first 3 months, one day it just couldn't get charged again and did some strange sounds when trying to charge on the charging base. I tried to contact the vendor but got no reply so far. I'm really disappointed, this just can't happen, they have to replace it rightaway. So sad, because I really loved it while it worked...:(

Facial cleanser is very easy to use, have tall, medium, low 3 kinds of strength, be more clean with hand wash than oneself, very good

I wish the brush head had a spinning base. Brushes are exceedingly soft, at first I almost wondered if it was even doing anything, but did leave a gentle sting/tingle on my face afterwards which was nice. My skin felt soft and smooth immediately afterwards. The buttons/modes are a pain, you constantly have to press/adjust and the timer shuts off too quickly. im a little sad to learn there are no replacement heads from the other reviewer, I'll probably return. I wonder if all these 5 star reviews are true reviewers or if the company has staged these somehow? if not maybe I'm a novice. think this device is best described as subtle exfoliator and NOT deep cleanser. There's no way you could use this without first washing your face thoroughly.

Purchased this item to replace my Ultrasonic facial cleaner, which is no linger holding charge after couple years. So far happy with the quality, very strong when in high setting. Spare cleaning head comes in handy for hubby.

Very affective. Cleans my skin great!

This is NOT a spinning brush head all it does is vibrates. This thing did not even vibrate enough to cause my face wash to lather up. I wish I had not waited so long to open it that way I could have returned it.
