This is the second one I buy -Iโve tried it on a 12 hour flight itโs so comfortable. I highly recommend it.

Great quality
This was perfect to support my long fly. I asked first permission to fly company to use it. Some companies don't allow. Lufthansa/swiss accepted it. But better ask always .

Very nice on the plane.
I was disappointed after receiving the package that a balloon pump doesnโt come along with it. however during my 16 hours flight, my friend had a pump. But she was not with me on my return flight. It does need to be pumped several times during the flight to keep it solid. Overall it helped me relax during the flight. Itโs a good product. Hopefully you can include a ballon pump designed specifically for the product
