Pretty much exactly what I ordered came quickly and is in good condition. Smells like an old blue cheese carbonara out of the package… LOL not even joking.But hey, as long as it does its job I don’t really care if the Amazon guy regurgitated it onto the ground in front of my door before leaving…

The 2200 lb break strength rating must be take with a grain of salt. More like 1000 lb and I would not use for any application over 600. Still, a good product.

Using this to hold together my DIY Tensahedron hammock stand and it's working great so far. Doesn't abrade easily, even though I don't have anything protecting it from the drill holes in the EMT conduit. Also using it for the attachment of the foot end and it's holding my weight in the Tensa so far. I have the 900lbs, though I would've liked to get a higher strength due to the safety margins for dynamic loads, but it wasn't available at the time and as mentioned it seems fine so far. It definitely does break when trying to pull T-posts out of the ground with it. Ask me how I know :)

I purchase several things on Amazon and was giving pretty in-depth reviews. From this point on, here's the new agenda…. if it works as advertised, is well made, meets or exceeds the description, is a value, and arrives in a fair amount of time, it will get a "star rating" equal to what my expectations were/are. If it doesn't meet these criteria, then I will most definitely and descriptively tell the short comings of the products and you as a consumer will not have to go through the trouble of buying the product without some background knowledge. If the sell pulls that item and relists under another description, I will put the exact same review on the seller's feedback page. Sellers have done this a couple of times in the past, and I was true to my word then as well as now. DR
