J R Watkins Lavender Body Oil Mist, 6 Fluid Ounce

This product I used on my clients, I'm a CNA and have private duty ckimets where I go their homes and do am arrange of responsibilites but my Alzheimer ckimets she seems to relax after I use that on her. And regarding me, I love it bc you can still be damp and u spray that on and and it runs in perfect leaving you so soft the next day and you lay in bed and then lavender veryight, not overpowering sent, just helps you settle after a long day at work. Not greasy, absorbs very nice, not sticky and the spray on it is great, hold it arns length away faced at body and you will get a nice even spray all over not just one part of you but if you hold it closer you'll get a more " specific area, for example your shoulders only. And just rub that in, again being damp helps absorb quickly not wet a little towel. Easy to maneuver and bottle doesn't get greasy but wash bottle off with paper towel after use, helps keeps an easy grip.

I love this Lavender Body Oil spray. I use a moisturizing spray every single day when I get out of the shower because I don’t have time to do a full body application of lotion or cream and doing nothing results in my skin looking ashy.This spray has a very strong scent of lavender, so if you don’t like lavender you might want to skip it. I find it pleasing and relaxing. The bottle is extremely easy to spray, though when I first opened mine, I had to spray many times to get the bottle going. Once I got the bottle started it sprayed reliably every time.It does last me all day as a moisturizer, though the scent will fade in about an hour. It’s a good thing the scent fades, because it’s quite strong and if it didn’t fade, it might not be work appropriate. I do require a lotion moisturizer at night, but my skin is very dry. A person with normal skin may find it acceptable to just use the spray.I enjoy writing product reviews since I base so many of my purchases off of the reviews of other shoppers and hope my review was helpful to you in your purchase decision.

My wife tried this product a couple of years ago, which she purchased from a woman running a Watkin's store at a kiosk in the local mall. She raved to friends, family and anybody listening! She said it has the best smell because it wasn't too strong, overbearing or offensive. She went back to purchase more but was told the woman was there only for the holiday's.She kept looking and looking and tried to find someone locally. Then one day as she was raving I checked Amazon and guess what I found! I ordered it for a Christmas surprise gift and she was surprised! She still says that it is the best.Shes says it freshens everything and it has a clean, crisp smell. I do agree that it makes everything smell great and clean, but don't use too much as it could be overbearing. Overall, I don't mind it if it isn't too heavy or strong and she uses it everywhere she can! It was a great surprise for her and it was not costly at all! I love this Body Oil. It's not too heavy and absorbs nicely. I thought the scent was great and very soothing - particularly at night before I do yoga. Since I have started using body oil vs. lotion I have noticed how much smoother and softer my skin feels and this body oil has quickly become a favorite. One thing I did note was that bottle itself, particularly the spray action, could use a little work. It tends to go everywhere and can make the floor a little slippery. I found it best to spray into my hand and then apply.

I am a big fan of lavender but I am hesitant due to the fake lavender perfumes.The other lavender perfumes I have used in the past have smelled way too fruity and not at all like lavender. This is about the only one that smells like lavender to me.It's a great size bottle since it is strong enough to only have to use 1 spray. It lasts for a couple of hours. Then it becomes a subtle smell of lavender which I enjoy.

The product arrived on time. Small bottle.. Spray very dry, aroma dies quickly...does not stay with you.. And the biggest issue, has no lavender smell. Not worth the money nor the postage to return it

I was looking for an oil that left a strong scent of lavender on the skin, I will say that if it was any stronger than this scent it would have been overwhelming with your bodies natural scent. So I'm glad it wasn't too overpowering even though my main goal was to smell like a lavender bush. its fresh and light but noticeably lavender. not only that it actually leaves your skin moisturized or HOURS! and soft as a petal, I noticed that if I skip one day Im still soft from the previous. my skin looks healthy and it leaves a beautiful glow! I definitely want to repurchase and hope they have more scents like (almond) to choose from!

I love this about as much as I love Neutrogena body oil. It's soft and doesn't leave an oily residue and it smells very nice. Between the 2 I'll buy Neutrogena since you get more for your money and I'll just add a few drops of essential oils to get the scent I love with J.R Watkins.

Nice light sent and oil is also light- absorbs well into the skin.

The first time I bought this I gave it five stars. It's lost two stars because it's no longer 100% natural, it's 98%. Not sure why the company would change the product packaging (which doesn't seem as good) and also change the actual ingredients. This new formula also has a very weak nonlasting scent.

Really disappointed for 2 reasons. I bought this for the lavender scent which is almost non existent and absorbency which stays slick on your skin and therefore transfers to your clothes. Do not buy if you are looking for a decent scent and absorbency.
