Intelligent Labs MagEnhance Magtein Magnesium Complex Supplement L-Threonate with Magnesium Glycinate and Taurate, 90 Capsules

So far, I am extremely pleased with the MagEnhance Best Magnesium supplement. It contains 3 of the most bio-available forms of magnesium, including L-threonate, the only one that crosses the blood brain barrier and can directly affect your nervous system. I have chronic pain and sleep issues secondary to lupus, and have been supplementing my physician prescribed med regime with magnesium for years, but having done a bit of research, I found that the supplement I had been taking was probably not as effective for the reasons I was taking it. So I shopped around and found this one. It's very reasonably priced compared to other brands with similar high grade ingredients and I can't say enough good things about their customer service. I received my product quickly and shortly thereafter received an email from the company with tips on how to take the supplement, suggesting to build up the dosage slowly to avoid headaches or gastric discomfort, and a contact number in case I had further questions. I followed their suggestions and honestly even at low dose, I have slept better and have not had even a hint of a migraine. Unlike previous mg supplements I have taken, this one didn't give me diarrhea either. I had a mild stomach ache the first two nights I took it, but no other adverse effects. I am starting the full recommended dose tonight. I plan on ordering more and doubling the order so my husband can start taking it too. He also has chronic pain and insomnia as well as diabetic neuropathy. I am hoping this can help him. It certainly.can't hurt!

It is the best product that I have found for helping me sleep 8 hours straight. It has worked every night for 3 months, far better than things my doctor prescribed. Works incredibly well so far.

This product has helped me significantly with my sleeping and I want to say, with my focus (or that might be byproduct from getting better sleep). It has not caused any stomach issues or any other issues for me. My sleep is much deeper than it used to be. It's so effective that I've gotten several other people using it as well.I love that it has the 3 forms of magnesium that I want, without the other forms that I do NOT want. It's amazing how many magnesium products have the wrong formulations for those of us trying to get better sleep. This one is exactly what I was looking for after doing a lot of research.

This helped me with sleep at first. But as I kept taking this my anxiety was so bad I couldn't sleep for 4 days. As I let it work out of my system I am much better now. Talk to your PCP before you try this. I found out my Vitamin B levels were very low and that was part of the issue. Still a good product. But always be careful.

Great combination of ingredients

I'll make it a subscription. I noticed that I sleep much worse when I forget to take them. I also think it helps prevent occasional leg cramps.

I use this for sleeping aid, muscle cramps after long hikes and general nutrition. Seems to be working after many months of use. I plan to continue using this product indefinitely.
