Supplements/ vitamins are best if derived naturally from food source opposed to chemical derivatives. Some say that there is no difference in way our bodies process. Totally false. Do the research. Vitamin C is so essential to health and youth. Daily dosage can be higher than RDA, and should be. This brand was of better quality that I could find. See description. Glad I found this source . Quality can be difficult.
