It only took me 29 years
1991, shopping in the souk in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia after the cease fire. Saw some Orient watches like this one for sale. Never heard of Orient, they were cheap so I figured they must be junk and wound up passing them up. If I knew then, what I know now, I'd have brought a box full of them home with me. Outstanding quality for the price, accurate, dependable, and tough. Nice looking watch too. No one is going to ooh and ahh over a simple tool watch like this, but there is nowhere that I could imagine it would ever look out of place. Wish I'd bought one back then, probably still be wearing it now.

Accurate, easy to set and lightweight. Fits small wrists easily.
Awesome, small size automatic watch. Does not hack or hand wind but very easy to set and accurate.
