Q: My unit says 5/50uf and this one says 50/5uf. Are they the same?

Yep, you have to make sure that the 50 uf are connected to the compressor and common and the 5uf is connect to the fan and common. It will say on the capacitor, each terminal will be marked as to which leads go where.

Q: How does this capacitor perform during harsh summers of a place like phoenix, az? does anybody know?

It has temperature range of -40 ℃ to +70 ℃, it is ok in AZ

Q: Can this be used in 440 Volt and compatible with 97F9856?
