I suffer from anxiety and panic attacks but I don't like weighted blankets. I bought Sam the Sloth hoping it would help when I was feeling anxious. As soon as I laid it on my chest I felt calm and more relaxed. It is extremely soft and well made. The weight is nicely distributed and it almost feels as if you're hugging a newborn. Highly recommend!

I was surprised when I received this adorable hugimal. The color is a nice grey and very soft to the touch. Perfect condition and boxed well. This is easy to lift almost like picking up a baby. I bought this for my daughter and excited to see what she thinks. I would recommend any of the hugimals as they are very well made and will last a ling time.

At roughly the mass of a newborn infant, Emory is comforting to cuddle and fall asleep with. All his limbs (legs, belly, arms and head) are weighted proportionally to allow Emory to sit or lie down yet still be somewhat posable. This elephant is so great. Emory's soothing blue yet velvety-soft fur and embroidered face details are spot on. He's The perfect weight and size for cuddling at 4.5 lbs. It really does give the same pressure of a hug! The construction is solid and durable. He's very well made, high quality, and the weight makes him feel akin to a newborn lying on your chest! He's extremely huggable and irresistible to look at because of his kind, non-judgmental eyes that make you want to hug him even more. Perfect for just about anyone or even a pet who needs a bed buddy. You get the benefits of a weighted blanket without the restriction of being confined under a weighted blanket. It’s been such a great help with my anxiety, sleep, and concentration. Due to the weight, I don't recommend this for anyone under 2-years of age.

My 6 year old son has ADHD and I he loves this stuffed animal. It's not a life changer, but I think it does calm him down when I'm trying to get him to sleep. He hugs it every night while in bed. The weight and size of it comforts him I think. I'm also hearing less "scared-of-the-dark" comments. It feels very well made too, and looks cute.

Nice weighted plushie, but for me it's very bulky to have it laying on your chest and I also noticed Velcro on the side which I keep feeling and don't want to feel that texture. I prefer Hugz which can also be heated up and cooled if you want. And no Velcro.

I bought this cause I am a terrible flyer. This pup actually was a tremendous help. He was also used as a pillow. I put the tray down, sat him down on tray and cuddled into him. Slept like a baby

Hugimals is the best weighted plushies made. Frankie the cat is my second Hugimals, I have Charlie the puppy not for long and here I am purchased a second one. I just couldn’t get enough. The more you hugged them, the more it get softer and it’s not hard to maintain unlike the Jellycat who gets so worn out with just a few hugs.. The material is very sturdy and lux to the touch. For the price, it’s worth every penny. The therapeutic aspects for me as an adult is phenomenal what more for children. The weight is perfection. I had guests in the house who tried to hold them, it really makes them feel loved because of the hug, it’s magical. I received mine exactly on the intended delivery time, no delays and can easily track my order. This weighted plush is absolutely adorable, and perfectly weighted. I ordered myself the elephant, to help me sleep and relax easier. My child kept wanting to hold it, and asked if they could have one. I told them, they could write it on their Christmas list. I ordered a 3rd as well for my other child, who I asked to try holding my elephant.. When they did, their face lit up, and they asked if it was theirs. They both proceeded to take turns walking around with the elephant, so I ordered them each one (the puppy and cat.) They arrived very quickly, and look just like they are pictured. I took each out of the box, and the plastic bags to look them over, and feel them to make sure the quality was good. I didn’t snap a picture of them, before placing them with the other gifts, needing to be wrapped. I am so pleased with this brand so far, and am hoping they will be useful relaxation tools for my children, for many years! The price is a little much for a plush for most people, if you understand that weighted plush serve a purpose, and when it is a very good quality product, compared to similar products, even the CAD price is fair. I think these are amazing Christmas gifts for everybody ❤️
