DELICIOUS!!! High quality, a 10oz jar lasts me about two months as I use ghee for frying and regular goats butter for baking. Consistency is soft and its easy to scoop out of jar. Great price for a goat based ghee.

I Really like this one, the gets a nice buttery flavor and a little bit of that goat taste, add it to your soup and it changes the flavor completely, I recommend.

I am allergic to any food made from cows milk. Have tried many dairy free options for butter, cheese, etc. But they all have nut or other seed oils that make them not healthy choices for me. So, I tried the Mt. Capra Goat Butter. Surprise, I did not have any negative reaction. I also tried the Mt. Capra Dried Milk. Again, no negative reaction. Happy to have found these products. Just wish they made a Goat Butter with salt for a little more flavor. These products are produced from grass fed only goats and are non-GMO. Thank you Mt. Capra for some excellent products. I will continue to purchase these products.

it might have been made by the real products but there is no flavor of butter during the cooking and the taste afterwards

I have no good reason, but was just a little freaked out about it being goat milk ghee and the color being so white. But, since I know I don't do well on cow's milk products, even ghee, I figured it would be worth a shot to see if it agreed with me. OMG! It's delicious, and I am in love with it. The whole family uses this ghee exclusively now. When I eat dairy, seems to digest just fine, but I can't breathe well and weeze. Even when I eat ghess, (which is lactose free or has less lactose, etc.) Well, either way, I'm not expert on the constituents or anything. The bottom line is that is does not make me wheeze! seriously, I can't believe I can use this stuff and it's as if I am not even ingesting milk. Whatever reason for this, I may never know, but I know it's a healthier choice for me. The flavor is BETTER than any ghee I have had, Again I do not know why, but my whole family agrees with me. I bought the smaller version at first and have purchased this now too many times to count. Now I have ordered the larger sized to be delivered one time monthly with subscribe and save and delivered with my prime account. It's very affordable, and more economical. Would recommend this product.
