Whilst this is perfect for pizza dough, I’ve found use for it proving, cooling or storing all sorts of stuff. Good and sturdy, easy to clean and lid fits well.

Apologies for the late review, but I've been injured. This tray is great, my pizza dough recipe proves overnight in the fridge. But it needs to be covered, for years I've used huge plastic bags to do this. Only trays like this I've seen fit american style fridges, so when I saw this I got in there FAST. It is strong & sturdy, very like the trays they use in a certain 'dotty' pizza takeaway. Just small enough for a domestic uk fridges.

I make a lot of pizza. We have pizza every week. I used to store the dough balls in a lock n lock box. This worked well, but it was always a bit tricky to get the dough out. I’ve watched a lot of pizza making videos and people tend to use boxes like these, so I thought I’d give it a go. The box is sturdy and good quality. It does just about fit in our fridge. The pizzas I make are usually about 11” and 6 dough balls fit in nicely, with room to double in size. I will probably end up buying another one of these boxes because I want to start making my own rolls and baguettes.

It works, nice quality, big enough for 6 pizza dough balls (8 if they touch). You can buy direct which is cheaper, but the ordering process is a right old faff so if you're just wanting one box Amazon is your best bet.

I use this to make batches of dough when we have garden parties, great for saving time as I cold ferment the pizza dough the day before our get-togethers. Fits perfectly in a standard size fridge
