It's a little pricey for what you get, but it's a great addition for the city if you have other sets. My kids love it.

Son has a small city of these and bought him this one to expand it. Was able to catch it on sale so the best price possible and he was so happy to get it. Wasted no time unboxing it and putting with the rest of them, the hardest part was for him to decide where to place it but he has so much fun with this addition.
