Began rusting immediately
Why would someone sell a crab harness with materials that rust?Ordered two. One has been used once, the other twice, both for trapping blue crabs. Rinsed off with fresh water immediately after use, just like I do all of my saltwater gear, and was air dried within just a few minutes. The rings need to be made out of sturdy plastic like the clips OR needs to be coated/painted with rustproofing material. The harnesses appear to otherwise be well made so I'm just going to deal with the inconvenience of removing the rust and painting with Rustoleum or dipping in a protective coating prior to going out again. But this is something that should've either been noted in the listing if the manufacturer wanted to save a few cents by using cheap, inappropriate materials.

Moderately Durable (I hope...), but NOT Stainless Steel !
Bought this item because 1) metal hardware (not trusting $250 pots to plastic hardware) and as importantly, 2) advertised as stainless steel. They have held up for one crabbing season so far, but have corroded horrib ly. While they are not that expensive, I'm VERY disappointed in the fact that they were falsely advertised as SS when they are obviously not. I've now applied a good marine paint to them in hopes I can get another few seasons out of them, but we'll see what happens. Buyer beware...

Haven't used yet but looks sturdy and way easier than the ones I normally hand make
Previously I hand made my pot harness by splicing some leaded line. It normally took me an hour+ to complete (and I spliced it directly on the cheap folding crab trap). Decided to try pre-made harness and this looks like it has quality stainless steel hardware and decent nylon line. Crab season is almost over so probably won't use until next year but happy to save the time to rig the next pot (current pots are nearing end of life).

Useless for larger pots
Unless your pots are the wire cage type, this harness is useless. Too short for round pots, and the snaps are far too small for anything bigger than 5/16" diameter, and that's pushing it. The poly rope is a really small diameter, and looks too weak for any serious weight. It would be okay for a folding cage trap like a Danielson or something similar.

Durable.
Durable connections, had these rigged up on my pots with weighted line and double buoyed. We had 8 pots out and when we returned a bit to late after a big tide change there were only 7 pots visible. Considered the 8th pot a goner. The next morning we set out and threw our 7 pots, went to do some rock fishing and about 1/2-3/4 mile up the jetty there was my 8th pot. We had to use the boat to drive over the pot and break it loose, these rigging ropes held up through being drug out 3/4 mile with tide and then being pulled up with boat. They did not break or come apart at the connections. Would definitely recommend
