Buffalo Games - Josie Lewis - Chunky Rainbow - 1000 Piece Jigsaw Puzzle

UPDATE: had to contact through their site as that's what Amazon told me to do. I was informed I had to pick a fully DIFFERENT puzzle than the one I purchased. Not even a refund was allowed. I had to pick from about 10 horrible choices. So not only did I get a torn up puzzle but to"fix the problem" in getting an ugly puzzle because they won't send one like what I bought.A few months ago I bought my mom one. She loves it. So I bought me one. I had multiple pieces all messed up, misshapen heads just when doing the outline. When I started separating out the first color I was doing, more kept showing up. It looks like someone used it, returned it to the company and they just shipped it to me. There's no making this puzzle nice and pretty with pieces sticking up in it. I'm not impressed at all by that. I will say the normal pieces are sturdy and colors are great. But not worth buying if it's already used. I attached a picture of a few of them. Each picture is a different piece. There are a few pieces indidnt take a picture of. You get the idea. I'm sure as I go further into the picture I'll find more messed up ones.

I found that the piece shapes weren't unique enough. Often times a piece would click into place and look fine where it was and I wouldn't realize until later, when another piece didn't fit anywhere, that I had 1 or 2 pieces in the wrong spot that I then had to go find. That was frustrating. I like to think I handle my puzzles with care, but a bunch of the pieces split as well and had to be glued back together.

Puzzle is easy and the colors all look great.
