Worked great for 3 months but today the USB port broke and I can't charge it now.

Brilliant product for vaping, excellent accessories and great design just a shame you dont get a U.K plug with it. As they know the plug is wrong they could at least include a cheap adaptor as compensation for customer but as long as you use 5v 1a charger it should be fine. I dont know if 5v 2.1a destroys device or not maybe seller will let us know as all new chargers are 5v 2.1a. But overall really good quality vape.

I bought this product about 2 years ago, and was happy with it. However the USB connection failed about a month ago, an issue about which many other reviewers complain which makes the entire product a paperweight. Not worth the money, and no customer service to speak of. AVOID!

Was absolutly over the moon with this product so was my partner i was thinking and hoping to get a rose gold one but then we reaslised it didnt come with a uk USB plug charger conector so has put me off due tow extra cost pluse duble if i paid for one and same happend again the ONLY dissapointing thing cant use ti!!!!:(

This is the perfect starting vape for any new beginners. It has a premium metal case with magnetic lid. As you can see it comes with alot of accessories for the price and I couldn't fault it for that. It produces a good flavour. Overall I would recommend this vape to my family and friends.
