Question 1

if I buy two pink jars will they have the same fairies ( can only find the pink at a reasonable price)

Accepted Answer

Each Got2Glow Fairy Finder has 30+ fairies that can only be found in that specific colored jar! The 2 Pink Fairy Finders will have the same fairies. If you plan on purchasing two Fairy Finders, we recommend buying two different coloured jars.

Official Got2Glow Fairy Finders will never be sold for higher than $39.99 USD. Please be advised that any listings sold for higher than that price are 3rd party sellers. WowWee Group Ltd.’s warranty exclusively guarantees the quality and authenticity of our authentic Got2Glow Fairy Finder™ products which are ONLY sold by and should be purchased from our authorized retail partners. We cannot guarantee those purchased from unauthorized 3rd party sellers. We strongly advise Amazon shoppers to purchase exclusively from the sole official Amazon seller, detailed with the seller name "Ships from and sold by Amazon.”

Question 2

Ours is only finding upside down fairies. Are we doing something wrong?

Accepted Answer

Your Got2Glow Fairy Finder can detect when it is being held upside down. When you hold your Fairy Finder upside down while finding fairies, you are more likely to find an upside down fairy. To find other fairies, we recommend holding your jar upright and finding fairies in different locations! Such as in the dark or outside! If this issue persists, please let us assist you by heading to our site WowWee Support, where you can open a ticket and a member of our customer support team can help resolve this issue for you.

Question 3

Are some fairies supposed to be upside down? Three of the fairies, including the last two my daughter caught are upside down.

Accepted Answer

Yes some fairies are upside down, there’s babies, there’s male ones and twins !

Question 4

Can these be used as a nightlight?

Accepted Answer

Although the Got2Glow Fairy Finder is not intended to be used as a nightlight, you may use it this way if you’d like! We’d like to note that the lights in the Got2Glow Fairy Finder automatically turn off after 3 minutes of inactivity. We’d also recommend turning down the volume on the jar before using it as a nightlight.
