This product is most effective if taken as directed and if it is allowed to build up in the body. Results could vary from woman to woman, but I noticed a difference after a week. Darn it didn't work for me. Used the entire bottle. For reference I lift weights and Im very active. I drink a gallon of water a day .. I got so constipated I had utilize 2 bowel regiments to complete the bottle. Great packaging and wanted this to work. I am 50 years old and in menopause.. so might just be a fluke but didn't work for me
