So far like them . Not much taste but great keto friendly additions. Add soya or fish sauce for taste.

Great for diabetics
I am diabetic and need to follow a low carb diet. These products are zero carb, so good substitutes for the 'real' thing. Not quite the same texture as rice or pasta and no real taste so take flavour from the sauces, just like e.g. A Pasta sauce.

I didn't like the texture ,no matter how much I rinsed the pasta, and dried it with kitchen paper it was tasteless and slimmy, even with a sauce ,I wouldn't buy it again 🤦♀️🤦♀️.

Great if you're on a diet!
I've only tried the thai noodles so far but they were really great, made a chicken noodle soup with them and they tasted exactly like normal noodles and filled me up and did not taste fishy despite the fishy smelly when opening the packet.

Healthy option
These konjac noodles are very good, especially if you want a healthy meal. They are low in calories and easy to cook. I like that they can be used with many different sauces. The texture is nice and they are good for keto or low-carb diets. A great option if you want something light and healthy.
