Expected some documentation to come with the kit. For example, it comes with different glue stick colors, but does not tell the difference between them. I went online and may have figured it out on my own. Black is for use in neutral temperatures. Yellow is for colder temps. The white shorter sticks with the cone shaped tip is for pounding back high spots...I think. The spray bottle is empty. You need to fill it with your own alcohol. Used for cleaning and then as a solvent to remove any glue that sticks to the paint or the pull tabs. Looking back, I probably should have gone with a kit that included the 'punch' tool and rubber heads. I may just order these separate depending if my dents pull out further than the original surface and/or if the white punch tools work. I would have given this kit a much better score had they included some simple documentation. The pros probably don't need it, but the pros probably aren't buying this kit either. I am completely DYI.

Horrible, I wasted an hour and a half trying to get the dents out! Did not work even a little bit! Half the black pieces you stick to the car broke!!!! And the big ones too which I needed, and they broke while the black piece was still stuck to my car so I had to pry it off which was not easy!!!! And not to mention now there is a chip in my paint cuz I had to use a knife which was the only way I could pry it off once it broke!!!!! Do not buy please save yourself the headache and time!!! Dents still visible and the damn tool to get them off wouldn’t even pull them off!!!!

Saved me $450.00 in hood damage. Please when you use this be patient and work slowly. Remove dents little by little. If you don't have any patience, find a friend that does. My hood rock damage came out great on my new 2017 Chevy Cruze.

Did a pretty good job pulling a nasty complex dent. It was dent that no PDR guy or shop was willing to touch. They all told me "needs to go to a regular body shop". Since I couldn't afford to pay out of pocket for the dent to be fixed and sprayed, I gave this a shot. My ultimate goal was to take the dent from "holy cow!!! What did you hit?!" To a dent that wasn't the focal point of the entire car.I used the kit in the garage in the dead of winter. Not ideal conditions for dent pulling and hot gluing, but it came out about as good as I expected.

This kit is excellent for a starting out, I made mistakes at first. Know I am almost a pro.This actually works pulling out any dents from small to large.

Nothing in this kit is labeled. Within 10mins of having this I broke 5 of the tabs. The spray bottle doesn't have anything in it and doesn't tell you have to make the solution for the glue to come off the car. I got this to practice and learn but this product is crap.

Pulled the dent out second time. Be patient take your time, and go about it gently and it will work might take several attempts but totally worth every penny!

Hot glue would not stick so the whole process didn't work.
