RO-TEL Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies (10 oz. cans

I love, love, love these tomatoes. Of course, I use them in my nachos, tacos, enchiladas, burritos and chili, but I also use them in my spaghetti, lasagna, mac & cheese, meatloaf, soup and stew. I even used them in my turkey dressing. They have a fresh tomato flavor with just enough heat from the green chilies to bring zest to each different recipe without overpowering the defining flavors of the dish. For years I bought them individually in the grocery store, but then I discovered I could order them from Amazon in boxes of 8 for pretty much the same price I was paying at the store and they're delivered directly to my door. What more could I ask for?

This is a cupboard staple for mexican wuick meals or just chip and dips.

This product is our very favorite for many of the dishes we enjoy. We use it in dips, soups, stew, casseroles, meat loaf, and add it to any new recipe that is tasteless to us,We all like the flavor and versatility! If we can't find Ro-Tel we just don't buy any similar products

This is the key to my favorite shrimp dish. Put some oil in a frying pan, add some diced onions, a bit of garlic and after 5 minutes add the ro-tel and a bit of water. Add about a third cup of instant rice and a teaspoon of butter. Add the frozen shrimp to one side of the pan with a little extra water and cook for about 7 minutes. You can sprinkle a bit of Parmason cheese on top in the last two minutes. One pan and about 18 minutes.

Great product arrived on time and very versatile in so many dishes; the family loves them in our soups, enchiladas, Eggs and surprisingly in cheese Dips/Velveeta and Even tried in a Brunch Huevos Rancheros!

We are new to this product but we loved it! We made a simple dish of scrambled hamburger, added the Rotel and topped it with shredded cheddar cheese and sour cream! Loads of spices went into the dish as well, and not a bite was left! Such a wonderful addition to our meaty dish!!!

Rotel makes mild, boring dishes sing with excitement. Really perks up those taste buds. We use it in hamburger for meatballs and tomato sauce for spaghetti. It is so good.
