Doesn’t keep humidity.
It’s been 2 weeks with a full water container of distilled water and 10 Boveda packs in the unit. All 4 hygrometers I have are at 40% humidity. I asked a question and they tell me to email them. But no email or contact info is available.Edit: it has been nearly a month but the thing has finally seasoned with 10 Bovedas and the water tank. They lose a star for poor customer service.

highly recommend
I love that I can control temp to a desired temp to keep the cigars fresh. This may seem like a pricy product, but if you really want to keep your cigars fresh, this is the best option. Humidity levels are accurate and cigars will keep very well in this unit. Cigars can get expensive and you want to protect your cigars as you age them. So do it right.
